Model notes

Multi-wall path-loss model (COST-231 style). EIRP set to UK limits. 6 GHz (Wi-Fi 6E/7) is fastest but attenuates hardest — watch it die through stone and dense block. Foil-backed insulated plasterboard and Low-E glazing are strong blockers in modern UK builds.
